Bard-a-thon is our annual FREE round-the-clock public reading of Shakespeare’s Complete Works. This year’s Bard-a-thon will be a celebration of the thirteen years we have been able to provide this event for the community and for the first time will be a fund raiser, giving our loyal Bard-a-thon supporters and local businesses a chance to show their support and become active sponsors of this beloved community event. Your sponsorship is a tax deductible donation that will help keep this beloved community event alive and provide free arts education to hundreds of local students attending the Bard-a-thon school readings.
Backers and a guest are invited to the Pre-Bard-a-thon Bash at the Empress Theatre featuring food from Bobby’s Downtown, drinks, gifts and entertainment!
